doublespeed Support

Get help with doublespeed products, websites, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors.

Contact Support

Email support@doublespeed.ai.

To help us investigate, include:

  • Your name and organization
  • The affected doublespeed workspace or product
  • The feature, page, API, or connector involved
  • What you expected and what happened
  • The approximate time and your time zone
  • Any relevant request, job, review-link, or error identifiers
  • Reproduction steps and sanitized screenshots or recordings

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, OAuth tokens, private signing keys, full payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.

Account and Access Help

For login, workspace membership, permissions, or account-access issues, contact us from the email associated with your account when possible.

We may verify your identity or authority before changing an account, workspace, billing setting, or connection.

Billing Help

For subscription, invoice, charge, renewal, credit, or cancellation questions, include your billing email, organization name, and transaction or invoice identifier. Do not send full card details.

Billing is governed by your plan, order form, and the doublespeed Terms of Service.

Privacy Requests

To request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, email support@doublespeed.ai with the subject Privacy Request.

Describe your request and the account or workspace involved. We may verify your identity and retain certain information where required for legal, security, billing, or contractual purposes.

Security Reports

To report a suspected vulnerability, email support@doublespeed.ai with the subject Security Report.

Include the affected URL or component, reproduction steps, potential impact, and supporting evidence. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, use social engineering, or publicly disclose the issue before we can investigate.

MCP and AI Connector Help

Include:

  • The AI host or client, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex
  • The connector name and endpoint
  • Whether authorization completed successfully
  • The tool, request type, and error message
  • The affected workspace or product
  • Whether the request was read-only or could have created, modified, generated, queued, scheduled, published, or charged for something

Before retrying a write, paid, publishing, scheduling, or other side-effecting action, check your doublespeed workspace to confirm whether the original request succeeded.

Disconnecting a Connector

  1. Remove doublespeed from the AI host or client.
  2. Revoke the connection in doublespeed settings when available.
  3. Contact support if the connection remains active or cannot be identified.

Disconnecting prevents future access through that connection. It does not reverse completed actions or delete information retained elsewhere.

Service Interruptions

If a feature becomes unavailable, avoid repeatedly submitting write, paid, generation, scheduling, or publishing requests until you confirm whether the earlier request completed.

Contact support with the approximate time, affected feature, and any visible request or job identifier.

Support Scope

Support can assist with product behavior, account access, billing, connector setup, privacy requests, and suspected security issues.

Response and resolution times vary by plan and signed agreement. This page does not guarantee a response or resolution time unless an applicable agreement states otherwise.
