Instagram Data Deletion

When you connect an Instagram professional account, we store its encrypted long-lived access token, Instagram user id, username, and connection status. We also copy the profile's username, name, biography and profile picture onto the account in your workspace, and keep a copy of the picture in our own storage so it does not expire.

When you remove the app in Instagram or Meta settings, Meta calls our data deletion callback. We delete the connection and token automatically, clear the profile picture we copied from the profile, and delete our stored copy of the picture. To have the workspace account itself removed as well, email legal@doublespeed.ai.

You can also disconnect Instagram in the dashboard account drawer. For a manual request, email legal@doublespeed.ai with your Instagram username.
